Born in Lawton, Oklahoma on October 23, 1978. Coach Marley is a 1997 Coweta HS graduate and was a 1997 Oil Bowl player for the state of Oklahoma. Following high school, Marley attended Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK. Coach Marley was a two year member of the Cowboy football team as a wide receiver for then Head Coach Bob Simmons. Following college, Marley coached one year at Coweta High School, before coming to Victory in March of 2002 where he has been since. In the 3 year span as the Offensive Coordinator, the Conquerors went 28-7 overall and 20-1 in district play. The Conqueror offense led all of 3A in total yards in 2004 with 2,296 rushing yards and 2,288 passing yards at the seasons end. The Conqueror offense was again among the top in total yards in 2005 before being eliminated from post-season competition due to an OSSAA ruling. In 2006, the Victory offense led all of 3A in passing yards with nearly 2,800 yards. Coach Marley was named Head Coach in 2007 in which the Conquerors captured a District Title & Marley was awarded with the 3A-4 Coach of the Year Award. The 2009 Conquerors offense led a tough 3A-3 District in passing yards with close to 1,800 yards passing. The 2010 & 2011 Conquerors were both state playoff qualifiers with the 2011 team finishing with a second place tie in District 3A-7. The 2012 Conqueros posted a perfect 10-0 regular season capturing the District 3A-6 Championship & Marley was named the 3A-6 Coach of the Year.

Coach Marley and his wife Misti were married in July of 2000. Misti is currently the Varsity Cheerleading Coach at Victory. The Marley's have three boys- Caden (9), Cale (7), & Caison(2 ).
